  • Tuna steak
  • Mixed salad or seasonable vegetables
  • Gourmet Morsels Roasted Coffee Wattle Dukkah
  • Lemon wedges


Serve with some low-fat mayonnaise or tomato salsa.


  1. Preheat your non stick frypan and drizzle with olive oil
  2. Crust your Tuna Steak with Coffee Wattle Dukkah
  3. Gently fry in olive oil in non stick frypan for 15-30 seconds on each side
  4. Serve with salad or seasonal vegetables.
  5. Squeeze extra lime juice and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil just before serving.
